All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items.
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and details before making a purchase.

If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM with clear pictures, and we will assist you accordingly.

Returns will only be accepted if an unboxing video is provided clearly showing:

• The package being opened for the first time.
• The condition of the item upon unboxing.
