Orders & Modifications
Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, so if you need to make any changes, amendments, or cancellations, please reach out immediately via Instagram DM or email with your order number.

Order Modifications: We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
Cancellations: If your order has not been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel it. However, once it has been dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations.
Expedited Orders: If you require faster shipping, let us know as soon as possible. Additional charges will apply for expedited shipping options.

 

Shipping & Delivery

• We are currently accepting orders only within the UK. Stay tuned for updates as we work towards offering worldwide shipping soon!
• We ship all orders within the UK via Royal Mail (Tracked 48) to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can use this to check your order’s progress as it makes its way to you!
• The email confirmation usually arrives within 1-5 minutes. If you don’t receive yours, please feel free to reach out to us as soon as possible via Instagram DM or email us with your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
• Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.
• We take great care in packaging your order using high-quality boxes and secure packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives safely without any damage. Each order also includes a thank you note as a token of our appreciation!

Custom Orders

Do we create custom jewelry?
Absolutely! We love bringing unique designs to life. Send us a message on Instagram to discuss your custom jewelry idea.
You can also share a picture of your vision, and we’ll provide a quote.
Custom orders require 6-8 weeks for completion, ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.
